Regular Visits

After the investment of time needed on the first and second visits, many practice members become concerned that every visit will be of equal length.

Avoid relapse with regular visits.

In a word: no. A typical office visit may require just five to 10 minutes.

But don’t think the brevity of a regular visit lessens its value! With the groundwork laid, we can quickly size up the condition of your spine and nervous system, adjust you and get you on your way.

Like a regular workout at the gym, each visit builds on the ones before. Miss a visit and you can lose the momentum necessary to make the needed changes.

We recognize your time is valuable. So we do everything possible to run on time and minimize the impact on your busy life.

We recommend you arrive five to 10 minutes prior to your adjustment. When you arrive you will be greeted by one of our wellness team members. When it is time to “turn the power on”, they will direct you to one of our adjustment rooms. We recommend you lie on your front on the table to prepare your mind and body for your adjustment. During the visit, your doctor will discuss your progress and give you advice on how to advance your healing ability.

After your adjustment, one of our wellness team members will confirm or book you in for your next visit and you are on your way.

Well adjusted and your power turned on!

How long will you need chiropractic care?
You'll need chiropractic care as long as you live in Perth and encounter physical, chemical or emotional stress that you cannot adapt to or accommodate. Ready to get started? Call our office today.
Are aches and pains good or bad?
While aches or pains may be unpleasant, they're merely warning signs. As a Perth chiropractor, I see this all the time. The pain is not the problem! It just means a limitation has been reached and something needs to change. That's when we get to work correcting the underlying cause.
